A maximum of 30 % space within the campus is utilized for academic and administrative purpose the rest being utilized for support and amenities.

Member institutions can collaborate with the designer for the academic block only. However they can still use all the common amenities which shall be available within the campus. The academic block consisting of 6 to 7 lakh sq ft will house the academic institutions while approximately 3 to 4 lakh Sq ft will be devoted for amenities.

The capital expenditure outlay for the member institutions shall be restricted to only the interiors, furniture, laboratories, libraries and teaching aids. Since the campus is designed to be run centrally the manpower requirement will be kept to the minimum thereby reducing costs substantially.

The benefit of lower capital investment and minimal operating cost will prove to be a boon for the institutions as they will have lower pay-back and higher profitability.

The locational advantage of the campus will translate into better liaison with the industry and easy accessibility within the city, country and around the globe.

All member institutions will co-habit as complementary partners instead of competitive rivals. This will foster all round development of students and faculty. The partner institutions shall offer Management, Technology and inter-disciplinary programs and shall also include skill training and test preparation institutions. Real time practical training and industry interface will ensure that the institutions achieve commercial success at all times.
